Warranty Information

We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase.

To back that up, we offer a one year warranty on all new and refurbished products (except handsets, which have a 30 Day Warranty).

Equipment that was taken out of service in a working condition, but not refurbished, has a 30 Day Warranty.

The warranty will be fulfilled by the replacement of any defective product during the warranty period. The defective product shall be shipped back to us.

This warranty does not cover customer abuse, lightning damage, electrical surges, vandalisation, theft, Acts of War, Nature or Terrorism.
